South Carolina Local Flask are all rare. The South Carolina Dispensary System came into law in 1893 and lasted until 1907. After the end of the Dispensary System each County had the option of running a Dispensary System locally until about 1914. During this period all Spirit Bottles carried the South Carolina Logo----Most Local Flask from other states were produced during this period . All South Carolina Local Flask were produced before 1893 making them very hard to locate
